Construction Project Management Training
INTRODUCTION
Effective project management involves the assessment and management of risk. It represents the overall planning, co-ordination and control of a project from inception to completion and aims to meet the client's requirements by delivering a project to specification, on time and to budget.
The programme is ideal for those who will use the code of practice in the workplace and also those who wish to understand best practice in project and construction management.
