Course Description

Local public services, including drinking water, waste management and basic health care have a huge impact on our daily lives and well-being. Unfortunately, the poor often lack access to these important services. In this regard, municipalities and local governments have a huge potential in improving the living conditions of the poor by good delivery of the provided services. In this course, participants will learn techniques used to ensure that basic services reach the poorest people as well as setting up financial services in a transparent and democratic way to support their goal.
